You understand that IIG cannot control unauthorised use of your image or footage by persons not associated with IIG and forever waive any right to inspect or approve any publication of images or footage by IIG. You also release and indemnify IIG from any loss, damage, costs, expense or claim (including consequential loss) connected with the Publication of your image or footage, including an action for defamation, libelous material, breach of privacy, or copyright.
