Course Content

The course is designed to show you how to critically evaluate new ideas, align with corporate strategy, overcome roadblocks and collaborate with colleagues to help you effectively solve your organisation’s biggest challenges.

Along the way, you will explore real-world case studies, extend your knowledge in practical exercises and discover templates and toolkits you can apply directly to your own workplace.

– How to uncover and evaluate new ideas
– Activity: Identifying opportunities

Session Two – Investment | 1.5 hours (Tuesday 17 August)

– Align your idea with corporate strategy
– Gain internal support
– Define value and outcomes
– Ask for investment (resources or time)
– Activity: Finding supporters

Session Three – Impact | 1.5 hours (Tuesday 24 August)

– Demonstrate and measure impact
– Return on Innovation Investment (ROII)
– Test and validate ideas
– Maintain momentum
– Develop a tailored action plan for future projects

All sessions will be recorded and can be watched in your own time if you are unable to attend the live session.
